Download putty package from here

http://pkgs.org/centos-5-rhel-5/rpmforge-x86_64/putty-0.61-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm.html


and then install it.

 rpm -Uvh putty-0.61-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm
